2004 quad cab factory body panels passenger cab side

I'm need a factory cab side aperture panel for my 2004 quad cab. its a pretty extensive amount of body work to fix the whole passenger cab side.I'm plenty capable of doing the work the problem is the place I usually get my body panels from will not sell me the aperture panel unless I buy both passenger seat belts which are about $200 each. they say its only available to order that way. Any places online I can get it from? I've tried searching but not having much luck. any one done this repair on a quad cab ram? I've done similar repairs on other vehicles but not on this particular year truck, its my personal daily drive so I will be completing the repair over the next few months in my free time.
