right trailer turn is out and right brake is out my mechanic says it is a bad fuse box dose any one have cheep place to buy a new one ?
or a comment
on this problem

04-06 has the TIPM problem, caused by a sudden overload to the circuit, and disables it especially the right turn signal. Search on here to find what others have done. If you have not had the problem yet of lost turn signals on the right side on these years of truck, I read on here to change those fuses to a 10 amp size instead of the 15 amp, it will blow the fuse before it triggers the TIPM. The dealer can reset up to four times, but its expensive to have it done unless your good friends with your dealer, and super expensive to replace the modual, or know someone that can reset it for you.

IIRC, the relays are non-replaceable on the 04. I think the only VIABLE option is to replace the box ($500) or bypass. I chose the $90, more reliable bypass.

If I were hooking up to various trailers of dubious wiring quality all the time then I would just use the stock circuits to drive some relays and fuses instead of letting the PCM/FCM handle the load.

PD, if you're referring to the Tow Ready kit, I don't think it works like how you mention. The kit taps into the brake lights for signal, but is powered directly from the battery and is fused. There is no parasitic draw from the lights. You remember how finicky our "Lamp Out" circuit is, don't you?

Going on three years without an issue, except perfect trailer lights every time I hook up.

Relays are replaceable with a little bit of soldering work.
Of course they are.

But who wants to do that? I know it's not rocket science, but how many shade-tree folks have soldering skills? And how many times does a man want to solder new relays into the box?

I did a great deal of research here and on other forums after my trailer lights went out hundreds of miles from home, and while I understand a relay is a relay, folks were also having trouble sourcing the OE relay for replacement. The point is that it is a poorly designed system, and IMHO, soldering new relays or even replacing the box is just a band-aid fix and only borrows time for the guy who spends a significant amount of time hitched to a trailer.

Maybe the OP will give us an update on his issue and/or fix.
