Competition I ruined myself today...

My friend Rick from Elk Grove CA Dyno'd his 05' 4-door,dually 4x4 yesterday at the Oroville dyno day put down 511hp/902tq with just a Powermax CR box,and B-D twins. . i thought that was amazing considering there's no pusher or FASS system on the truck either, yeah and stock clutch :--) . Ramafier, and Bullydog's are on the way. . maybe some F-1 injectors and Nitrous... Look out Piers :-laf

.

Pretty easy i'd imagine when you get your trick parts direct from Bosch in Germany. . that ain't no stock VE pump :p My favorite was the p-pumped ramcharger, wow. . he blew a 33' tire on the dyno  . Where were you Brad?

Impressive! The 3rd Gens really seem to react well to twins.

I'm still running the stock clutch in my truck also. It slips ocassionally, but holds pretty well for what it is. The TST box with twins brings the power on fairly smooth. I think that is what helps out the most.

What boost levels is the guy running those twins at?

What do you mean Greg? Jeremys pump is all stock. :D All it has is a hy35/9 and a set of 185 injectors. ;)
See sig I wouldnt lie

You forgot to mention that the turbo housing is ported. I think that makes all the difference in the world.

Back to the subject on hand that that Third Gen sure runs good for what he has in it. I might have to watch out for him at the next dyno day.
