2005 Lone Star Value Group - Sirrus?

I'm second owner of a 2005 CTD QC SLT. The following codes & items appear on the build sheet:



AL1 - Quad Cab Lone Star Value Group

RBKS - AM/FM Compact Disc Radio w/Chgr Ctrl



Was the Sirius system part of this package? If so, shouldn't I see an antenna somewhere? (I'm not familiar with Sirius and a search didn't show much about a Lone Star package)

Hmmm. If it has Sirius there would be a black plastic bump at the trailing edge of the cab roof. STanding in the bed, it's right in front of the CHMSL.

Paperwork shows that my 2005 originated in Dallas and that it came with the Lone Star package. Does anyone know if the 2005 Lone Star should have Sirius?

I haven't found a list for a 2005, but everything on the following list except Sirius and the Lone Star badging is on my 2005.

Thanks for the reply, MRFrost. I suspected that an antenna should be visible. If the 2005 came with Sirius, the previous owner may have kept the antenna. ???

Check for a plug on the roof where the ant would mount. If nothing there it may not have had the sirius installed the after market sirius isn't hard to mount I got mine off e-bay and it just plugs into the factorey radio. I just threw the antenna on the dash and it works great. I'm not drilling any holes in a perfectly good roof so I _may_ mount the ant on the hood at a later date.
