2005 Western Hauler Conversion

I'm planning on converting my 05' to a dually and installing the western hauler bed. Has anyone ran with this bed? Also who had converted a 2500 to a dually? Air bags will be installed for sure. I know i need a adapter for the front end but what about the rear??

I had a Western Hauler on a second generation 3500. I loved it!!!!!! There was a ton of storage on it and it looked great.



I was also kicking around the idea of turning my 2500 into a dually. If you hear anything let me know... I'll do the same!!!!

Yeh and for just $890 you could have had a real factory dully. Thats all it is from Dodge.

MRosinski- I'm in a similar situation. I'm thinking about the conversion to a dually on my '03 2500. And I've actually started "modifying" my bed... picture attached.

I am trying to scrape together the cash to get a Hauler Classic from these guys

The Hauler classic as it appears in these ads are ~ 5-6K with a lined deck, under boxes, paint, and installed.



I have spoke with them about it, and they are also willing to customize it for relatively little money.



So you could save yourself a few grand and get this instead

I have a 2000 3500 with a Western Hauler bed. Western Hauler does very nice work. I have had no problems with the bed. Call Adam at Western Hauler, he's a good guy.
