2005 with TST, problems!

Hi I just bought another 2005 and installed the TST with twins program. Truck runs as good as expected with everything else being stock. But I notice a vibration now coming from the engine and the normal ticking that it was making is a little louder now. Just wandering if it may be an injector. I haven't dealt with a bad injector before so I really don't know what it sounds like. Any ideas?
