2006 2500 Steering gear box replacement X2

This thing is driving me nuts. I had it replaced at 12,000 miles for a pop in the wheel along with the steering shaft. Now the pop is back and it's puking powersteering fluid at 23,000 miles. Are most of you noticing a pop in the steering wheel at low speeds also? I can live with that but the leaking is annoying. I've seen these leak at the seals but this one is leaking at the flat cover gasket on top. Anyone had better luck with the PSC units from Texas?

My truck is having the steering box replaced today. The truck starting having the "pop" or a clunky feeling through the steering wheel at 7000 mi, the truck currently has 20,000.

I also had the steering box replaced at about 18K The box was from FXXD can you belive dodge? Crown Victoria steering box on a HD 3/4 ton 4X4 pickup???

I suppose I'll just use warranty till it's gone then get a PSC unit. I would like a little more power steering when I run the plow. I don't use it that much but it sure would help.
