2006 3500 questions

I am in the process of working out just what I want on the 2006 3500 I will be ordering soon, probably from Dave Smith in Idaho.



1. Will the Jacobs/Mopar exhaust brake or any other brand work well on the Ram's automatic transmission? The dealer rep says it will.



2. Has there been any mechanical upgrades from 2005?



3. Will my 1996 Lance camper fit over the new quad cab?



4. Would an auxiliary transmission (U. S. Gear O/D) be as useful behind an automatic as it is on my '99 5 speed?



5. Have you ever heard of "Customer one owner loyalty mailing"?

Appaprently, Dodge charges the dealer $25 for it and they pass it on to the buyer..... for mail I'd likely trash..... what gives with this @#$%^& ?

Yes there has been a program change for 2006 auto & the Jacobs brake will work. You can have it installed by your dealer & it will be warrentied.
