2006 5.9 with part time rough idle

I've been down this road to many times. the dealers don't want to replace the injectors unless they have no choice to do so. I finally had enough of thier BS and just had a set of Dons sticks put in and a airdog to keep them happy. But now it seems I have another injector giving me issues with Dosen't make any sence except that it was fine untill I put the MP-8 on to try it out again and then I started having issues again. I'm going to run a grey bottle of Power service to see if it cleans it out before i do anything else. If not i do have one spare stick on the way encase i need to swap one out.
