2006 Dodge Ram Tachometer Repair

I looked for this repair here last night and couldn't find it. I did find it on another forum this morning and wanted to share!

Did it work? I have the right turn signal indicator light out in the dash. I've traced everything back to the circuit board. Does anyone have a schematic of the board? Or do I need to send it out to one of those instrument cluster rebuilders?
