2006 Mega Cab 4x4 with California Emissions ???

I'm looking at getting me a new Mega Cab 4x4 6 spd and I found one I like but on the invoice it says " California Emissions ". My question is what it the difference between Cal emissions and the regular emissions that come on these trucks. I don't want to buy it if it has alot of extra emission stuff. Thanks in advance!!!

No difference at all since 2004. 5. Actually, I think the only difference is that CA verhicles are 100% tested before leaving the factory whereas the rest of the trucks are spot checked.



I think that only the CA border states can order a truck with the CA emissions sticker, but that may have changed.
