This may not be the proper place for this post. If so, please move it to the appropriate spot.

I am thinking about attending the shootout. I am in desperate need of someone to help me make adjustments to my truck though. I just had a new turbo, injectors, governor springs, exhaust, cold air intake, valve springs, etc. installed by my local injection shop. They technically installed the parts but, it is slow as can be. These parts went into a 98 12v. I know everyone will be busy but, it would be worth driving up if there will be someone there or a shop that could tune the truck.

In addition, does anyone have information on the campgrounds or camping on site. I have a tt that I can bring and would like to meet/stay near others attending the event.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Jeff

FYI- Any of you guys who are coming but not planning on racing need to park in the lots and not the pits like we have in years past. Room is gonna be tight in there

Thanks

Fletcher, you've been quiet this year. I figured you would have that truck easily into the 9s by now. You have been doing 10s for the last 2 1/2 years.

You holding out?

Kurt

It’s regressed , I’ve lost the edge, the fastest thing I’ve seen is a farm fly going after some Holstein remnants squirted on a field gate’s post…. It’s impossible to take a full length,OEM framed truck, on number 2 fuel only and run a 9. 92 @ 138. 9... . it just can't be done... .....

10-4, I found something really interesting w/ that combination I’ll need to share w/ you.

Later…. .

I just spoke with David Dunbar and he asked me to post that there will be two Diesel pits tomorrow. The first will be an asphalt pit for the Pro Street, Pro-Mod and QD teams, The second will be for the Dyno, and Bracket classes. If you are not going to compete, David wanted to ask that you park in the lot because pit space is at a premium.
