Hi All,

Ordered the 06 to 10 drivers seat cushion from Geno's. Installed with the seat in the truck, took about 25 minutes start to finish. EZ job, the most time is to get the seat fabric back correctly, lined up with no wrinkles.

What a difference! Back to new, or better as the seat cushion seems to have a bit more padding / better material. The old cushion was broken / split on the door side of the seat, allowing the metal rod to protrude. No fun there....

Good product, ez install!

Luke

You wouldn't have happened to take any pictures of the install did you? I have a spot in my 07 seat from my wallet that is starting to leave a fairly big divot and I am thinking of replacing the seat foam before I sell.

Well Darn, If you didn't have so much money it wouldn't make a dent Oo.

Nope did not take photo's. The directions spell it out included with pad, as I mentioned I just did it in the truck, may be a little easier to remove seat, but found the in truck replacement ez. about 20 minutes to do....

Nice not to be sitting on the metal side bar that had poked through on the door side!

:-laf I wish that was the problem...

I'll put this on the project list for when I have some time off.

Thanks for the tip. I had been thinking about getting the replacement cushion, but you saying that the install was fairly easy was enough to push me to ordering it from Geno's. I also ordered the seat heaters, since I'm going to be pulling it half apart, may as well get them too and keep the wife happy in the winter.

I did the cushion replacement, pretty easy. There is a great video on youtube that a guy made documenting the work. I didn't install the heaters though...that process looked way more time consuming than I was willing to start at 11pm. Won't need those for a few months, we're almost through with winter here in WI.
