2006 water pump problems

Ok, does anyone have any tips on who makes a good water pump that'll last more that a few years? I replaced the original with a Napa one, then a few years later, it started to leak so I took it to a reputable shop and they replaced it with an unknown brand which lasted a few more years and today, it looks like its leaking again as I'm seeing drops on the ground in the same area as the last 2 times. Will the extra cost of a Mopar one cure my issues or?

I have always used OEM water pumps with great results. Last one was on my oldest sons '07 3500. Still running good. My '02 OEM started making suspicious noise at around 180,000 so I changed it for grins just so I wouldn't have an issue on our trips into the boonies and deserts. Easy to change, too. The difference in cost is minimal compared to the issues that may occur far from home; and they seem last significantly longer than any of the aftermarket in my experiences.

Like others have said, the oem Cummins WP, made by Concentric, tends to outlast the other aftermarket pumps, even the pump made Gates.
A cummins dealer or Genos garage (if they still carry the Concentric) will be your best place to purchase one.

I looked it up and Genos still has the Cummins factory pump and the least expensive from what I've seen so I went through them, now the wait, thanks!
