the class action lawsuit regarding chrysler/dodge dpf egr turbo problems ram 6. 7L 2007-2009: chrysler appeal to have thrown out denied by judge, court date is December 2012 Spartanburg South Carolina. anyone having owned or currently owning is automatically enrolled in this unless they opted out..... got an e-mail on it from my car lady today. google my car lady 6. 7 lawsuit. fyi.
