Time for a new clutch

Engine lope 2006 Dodge ram 5.9 only in park or neutral.

hello I've been chasing codes on the dreaded ttva it started with a hard 1755 even after ttva change then new ECM followed by 1754 stuck ttva so I removed while still plugged in strapped it up went for a drive and my trans is back to normal all gears o/d tow-haul manual shift smooth through all gears .great right my only worry is the ttva is constantly running now will this cause problems leaving it unmounted or is the new ttva faulty it test properly according to the ATSG manual

If the trans is working normally without the TTVA installed the trans has issues, it cannot work correctly unless something is wrong. If you replaced the TTVA and still get the code the problem is likely wear on the TV valve in the VB causing it to jam and the TTVA to false negative a problem.

well not exactly normal shifting fast without ttva but running through all the gears if manually changed kick down is slow and only at WOT but no late shifting or funny holding felling no codes either way but the ttva always runs I can hear the motor running constantly after the 30 seconds even while idling still whining

i was cheap with the ttva 70 amazon but not sure how a good one functions thought it would move around for 30 seconds then after only respond to the throttle i ordered OEM replacement should be here next weekend

drove again with ttva installed wouldn't shift till 2200 RPMso I removed ttva and checked the shaft turned freely and smooth slight spring at the end of the turn but no real hang-ups still running constantly, I also noticed the shaft is counter clocked farther with key off then KOEO as soon as the key is turned on a small movement clockwise but no return to rest spot
