2007.5 Cruise Control not working right

My cruise control will work initially but when you brake and it disengages it will not resume or if you use it and then stop somewhere and get on the road again it will not resume. Also during use, it has not responded to the decel switch being pushed. It's at the dealership now and they have replaced the on/off/set switch and the brake switch. No help. They just switched out the ECM and that didn't help. They also thought it was something with the clutch switch but that didn't seem to be it.

They need some help with this and have been in discussion with Chrysler about this problem.

Now that they have wasted $2,000. 00+ they need to look at the speed control inhibit monitor to see the last (8 I think) reasons the speed control did not engage. It will tell them if it was brake switch, speed sensor, etc.

Would any of them throw codes? I saw that there are speed sensor codes.

Dealer replaced ecm and I want to know if I now have an ecm that you cannot use a downloader with? Replaced it because the clutch switch wasn't indicating right in the ecm. It still wasn't working after they replaced the ecm per Chrysler. Also replaced both steering wheel switches and the brake switch. Warranty cost was $1700.
