Competition 2007 ITPA Rules

Does anyone know the 2007 ITPA rules. I heard that they started a 8000 lbs diesel class. I was wondering what was the charger limit and other rules... . Thanks

ITPA as in Indiana truck pullers?? Last year it was a 2. 8 limit, bushed chargers allowed. Drive shaft loops, ujoint shields on all u joints. I think a kill switch is required too. Pretty much the same as DHRA, except ITPA requires a little more saftey stuff. transmission blanket for autos, clutch shield for manuals.

Can anyone confirm the ITPA rules for this year. Looks like the hook in Arcola the 8th is the closest one to me for the weekend.

Jerrod, check out there website,(itpa.com) it looks to me you need to be a member, but I've seen a lot of pulls let you run without all the necessary equiptment one time.



I'd go myself if I knew they'd let me hook.

Yeah I think we are going to make it to Angola. Was a nice hook last year.
