Original owner. 4x4 Quad Cab, Chassis Cab 4500. Built by Dodge along side of their 4500 Chassis cabs in the same factory but placarded as a Sterling which is a division of Freightliner. It has the same Cummins ISB 6. 7 engine. It has an Aisin 6 speed auto transmission which has an Aisin factory 3 year, 180,000 mile warranty. The truck has an additional warranty from Freightliner that covers the entire power train for 5 years and 175,000 miles. Warranty service can be obtained at any Freightliner warranty service center nation wide. All warranties are transferable to a new owner. 19. 5" 10 lug wheels with 2 spare wheels and tires. 26000 GCVWR. 16000 GVWR. 52 gallon factory fuel tank, approximate 600 mile range. Custom Skaug bed built for all makes of slide in campers. B&W turnover hitch in bed with goose neck ball. B&W "Companion" 5th wheel coupler. The rear receiver is a Super Hitch receiver which is rated at a 20,000 (17,000) pound tow weight and a 2000 (1700) pound tongue weight. Super hitch tie downs are included. I had Skaug build the truck bed to carry any make and any size of slide in truck camper. The bed has internal dimensions of 60 inches by 96 inches. There are multiple cabinets on the exterior of the bed, all lockable. One cabinet has built in sliding tool box drawers. On the surface this truck looks like a service bed work truck. It is far more than that. The bed has removable stake bed sides and a removable headache rack. There is also a removable jockey box which sits behind the cab. This truck will carry any camper, pull any pull behind trailer and pull any 5th wheel trailer be it goose neck or conventional 5th wheel. It not only looks great but is the most functional truck I could imagine. This truck is the ultimate carry anything, pull anything, do anything, go anywhere rig. Everything, but the rear leaf springs, is stock from the factory, no gimmicks that have been installed and then taken off. The rear leaf springs are custom built by Jeff Deaver at Deaver Springs in Santa Ana, California. I have kept the factory leaf springs and they will go with the truck to the new owner. 38,000 miles on the odometer. I may be able to drive the truck to the buyer but would require reimbursement of the fuel costs. I'm a Fireman and lack of work forces sale. TDR member x 4 years. $38,000. My name is Steve. Sold over the July 4th weekend.
Thanks for your interest. I have mixed feelings about selling the truck. I couldn't have been happier with it.
