I have a 2009 dually quad cab that I need to do the tire rotation and have a question. The owners manual rotates all six tires, but not the way my 1996 dually did. The 09 rotates the 2 front tires lf to rf and rf to lf and the 4 rear tires lro to rri, rri to lro, rro to lri and lri to rro where the 96 dually did a complete 6 tire rotation lf to rf, rf to rri, rri to rro, rro to lri, lri to lro, and lro to lf which would change the direction of rotation in some of the tires. The 09 owners manual has a CAUTION as to rotate them the one and only approved direction of rotation because of the tread pattern of the ON/Off road tires. I don't see the reason why because the front tires the way they indicate to rotate them would change the direction of rotation. Anyone know the reason for the Caution? How is everyone else doing their tire rotation? Thanks.

Thats the way I rotate mine. Second Dually no problems. I rotate every 10K. All six spin backwards every time i rotate. Zero cupping, and zero issues.

45,000 om my Mich LTX never rotated them, I have the front balanced every 10k and an alignment at 25K. No problem with tire wear.

I only wish Mich made the LTX MS with BSW only due to rotation issues. If you want all six in the rotation youll need BSW. Mich only makes the LTX MS BSW in 16's:{.

My 99 dually made it 100K on them. Youll find running RWL (Raised White Lettering) that the outside right rears will wear faster than the others.
