2010 Keyless entry but no FOBs

My brother took his girlfriends 2010 Ram 1500 into the dealer for service. While there they printed out the options for the truck which listed keyless entry. She bought it new, but never had key fobs (remotes) for it. How can the presence of keyless entry be verified before paying for some expensive remotes to be programmed.

Is it an ST package truck?

If it is on the option list it was "built" with it. The truck should be configured for them already. The first place to look is the scan tool, as it lists the number of FOB's programmed to the truck.

It is possible that the dealership lost both keyfobs for that truck before she bought it. If it is not an ST model her dealership owes her a pair of fobs.
