2011 3500 recall

I took my Dodge 2010 3500 to have some work done to it. They took my vin# and said they had a recall on thr power steering fluid cap. It was made with out a vent hole in it. I asked what it would do if not changed, they said it could make it blow a power steering line. They had one in stock at no charge. Just a heads up I didn't know and I havn't got a notice in the mail. Sorry for the mix up I know I put 2011 but mine is a 2010 the may have fixed on the 2011

Oh they fianally put a vent in it. I didn't check my 2011. The 2003s used to be quiet preasurized. I even drilled a pinhole into one of mine after it blew the cap off once

I've noticed that on hot days my break lights will not turn off after you park and shut down the engine. I've found the power steering resavar very preasurized. loosen the cap lights go off anyone else have this issue??? and does anyone know if the new cap for the 4th gen trucks with the vent fits the older trucks?
