2012 3500 seat cushion replacement before and after photo's

I wanted to share what the Geno's Garage drivers seat cushion looked like before install and after. The new cushion is so much firmer than the old factory cushion. But I'm sure when the truck was new it had the same firmness.

The job was a first for me. I've changed out seats before but never attempted replacing the cushion. If and when Geno's make the passenger side cushion, I would do it again. It wasn't bad after watching a few YouTube vids.

Below are the before and after photo's and height measurements of the installed seat cushion.

Looks good! Hardest part was probably just getting up the nerve to do it! Figured couldn't be too difficult since they're in Geno's catalog. Like you, it would be nice to have a passengers side cushion also. Have considered doing mine, but going to wait a bit and get some other projects done before another truck one, The DW might force me to sleep in the truck and with summer coming, might get a bit uncomfortable!
