Recently I have had my truck not start. It has happened twice. Turn key and "click, click, click". I tested batteries and they seem to have a good charge. I put a jump starter on and it kicks over????

How did you verify a "good charge"?

This sounds like typical failing batteries. The first thing I would do is take them to a parts store and have them load tested (if you haven't already).

I put a load on the batteries but, I am going to take it in to be serviced and have them check it out.

If you have the original batteries, you are due for new ones. In all of my Ram trucks, I had to replace them between 2 and 3 years.
