ok, let me start by saying this isnt my truck, but another service tech where I work.
Truck has less than 30K miles, all service performed by Ford dealership since new. Truck blows a turbo, gets put on hook and taken to dealership. The dealership put a turbo on it, and while they had it in there, had them address some violent transmission shifting issues. Ended up pulling the transmission and rebuilding it completely! Fast forward about 5-7 days,while still at the dealership, Ford mechanic has it warmed up, idling, while topping off transmission fluid levels, BAM!. Engine seized up! Truck is currently in an all too familiar sight with the cab and fenders up on a lift, two techs and a cherry picker yanking the engine out and dropping in a new bullet!.
Thought it was funny since it happened to fail while still in the dealership service department.
