2012 injector issue?

Hello.............2012 3500 SRW 4x4, 136,000 km , hauling heavy 50% of use, noticed exhaust vibration at startup.......checked oil level, up 1.5 litres...oil changed 4000km ago, 11.5 litres of Rotella T, fills to just under full mark....oil feels thinned but no codes on scanning and no "change oil" light....fuel filters changed at around 30km intervals, last change 4500 km ago.. no vibration immed. following filter change so don't suspect this is problem...leaning towards mechanical issue with injector stuck open...Stock engine, no fuel enhancements, OEM filters and Rotella T used since new.... What do you think.......Thanks for any and all comments.....Rob

I would tend to agree with stuck/damaged injector. To my knowledge the 'oil change' light does not illuminate based on fuel contamination or oil viscosity, but rather on an algorithm of various parameters.

Do you have smoke at idle? if not check the injector solenoid O-Rings, remove valve cover , unplug FCA check for fuel leaking/spraying around injector solenoid nut if none, Your CP3 shaft seals are leaking.

Whats exhaust vibration?
