2013 clock?

Anyone else having problems with the clock not keeping the correct time? Mine loses 5-7 minutes per week. Dealer is supposedly looking into it but I wanted to check here first. Thanks.

I have a 2014 and the clock is always correct. Mine sets itself automatically, I would think the 2013 is the same. Maybe the auto set system isn't working on your truck.

CThomsen, I had a similar problem with my 2013. My clock would not update the time when set to automatic mode. I would get in the truck in the morning and drive a half hour to work and the time would never change, it would stay at the same time I started the truck. I also had a problem with my whole screen going black. End result was the dealer changed out my entire unit. They tried a re-flash or reboot, but right after they did that it went blank again while at the dealer. Since they changed the whole unit, I have had no problems. Hope this helps. I have the larger screen. Not sure what type, I think its U Connect 8.4 w/nav

My 2012 loses about 3 minutes and stays there, i could reset exact time and within a few hours its 3 mins behind. Gonna check it out before warranty is up.

Mine is keeping perfect time, even changes as we go through different time zones. Waiting to see if it works when daylight savings time starts.
