Is the Sat. Antenna there because of the sunroof?. I would forget the sunroof then. . my 09 has it center of the rear cab.

The relocated satellite antenna is on all configurations. No explanation from Ram, but some have speculated it's to mitigate blocking by campers or other overhead loads.

When I added Sirius to my '03, I just put the antenna on the dash (there are pics in my gallery), and it worked fine.

Could be. If I'm towing our 5th wheel northbound, Sirius will drop out every now and then. Not often enough to make it a big deal, but it probably helps to move the antenna forward.
