I read the HP was going to be changed to 395 on the 2013 HD trucks.

I found the reference to the HP upgrade on another Cummings forum which has a member that appears to work for Chrysler. Examples. Thread 231 asked question about HP upgrade and thread 232 answers. The forum member also posted this regarding truck build out dates.

Although he is no longer in charge of the Dodge brand and is instead President and CEO of the SRT Brand and Senior Vice President of Design, he went out of his way to find out what I asked. He also told me I would LOVE the new front end change but he wouldn't reveal the HP rating for 2013 because he knows where I hang out. He said it wouldn't be fair for it to get out before they officially released anything. "
