1. There is a miss at idle and no codes 2. Vibration at road speed 40mph starts and gets worse the faster you go. 3. The worthless tire pressure monitor. The truck has 7700 miles and was purchased in july 2014.

Sometimes even if there is no code it helps to use a code reader to clear the codes. That also resets all of the emissions registers so it gets a fresh start. If you're near a dealer, you might want them to plug in first since they can look deeper than most of the tools we use as consumers!
Rebalance tires, rotate front to rear and see if it changes anything, have the wheels and tires checked for out of round. Also inspect the driveline. Can you (or the dealer) remove the front driveshaft to see if the vibration goes away?

S,nce you are in Pa where it may be cold there is a tsb that addresses a cold idle stability issue 18-053-14 REV. B.It also has other improvements. There is a dcu update to go along with that. There may also be a couple of recalls depending on your vin. There is a tsb/rrt for 14's to replace the tpm sensors that may apply as well as a couple of tsbs to help diag vibration

Just buy new tires. The factory tires are garbage and Ram should be ashamed.

Does it actually have a miss at idle or just a rough idle? Has the dealer performed a cylinder contribution test?

I would follow Bob's route. Your under warranty and Ram seems to have a few fixes out there. Give it a shot before throwing your own money at these problems.

Update went to dealer on monday, they reset the pcm for the rough idle it helped. They did any of the latest updates that were due. The trans shift relearn was done too soon to tell if it helped. The tires were rebalanced and road force was done? No improvement to ride. I normally run 60 - 65 in rears. I did notice when i aired them up to 70lbs that the shake vibration was not as bad. Still not happy with the tire or what ever is causing the shake /vibration. Will soon be for sale if they can't fix this problem.

How much weight is on the rear axle?

If the truck is empty I would drop the pressure to 45-50.
