2015 5500 6.7 6 speed manual idle adjustment

Hi I just bought a 2015 6.7 with a manual transmission. can you idle it up from using the cruise control?

Doesn't it have to be enabled through a dealers computer first? Mine did!

I would think so, in Gen.3 it had to be enabled by DRB III.

I'm getting a 2014 2500 2X4 in a couple of weeks, it's the 6.7 with 68rfe. Hey Bob4x4, do they have the high idle feature?

with the manual trans a clutch up travel switch has to be added.With the automatics they work right off the show room floor

Wish I would have known that and had my dealer add the switch (G56) before I took delivery.

Is the up-travel, switch possibly a simple, plug-and-play modification/addition?

Does the feature have to be turned on via the EVIC or a scan tool like it did on the 3rd gens or does it just work from the beginning?
