2016 HVAC control updates?

My 2016 is going in Friday for drivability software updates and while it's there I need them to look at the HVAC controls...........I can have the floor selected and heat will blow everywhere but the floor. If defrost and floor are selected, there still isn't any air and sometimes it will shift BY ITSELF to the floor only and I don't notice until my windshield starts to fog up. Does anyone out there know if there are any software updates for improved operation of HVAC door control?

No, but just have then scan for updates when they flash the other module. If no update, have them do a module reset if it's available on the wi-Tech.
