Found a leak...

New 4.30 Gears for 2007.5 DRW with 19.5"

If you visit the NRA on Hwy 64, it's a nice drive (abit twisty and hilly in places with a 5er though) on down Hwy 64 to 38 and on to Taos. And if you take this path, be sure and stop at Cold Beer New Mexico, it's about 15 or so miles west of NRA on the south side of 64.

Good music usually playing, burgers are very good and the beer of course is cold. May want the designated driver to take over cause it's a nice Western holeinthewall sorta place sitting all by it's lonsome in the plains and beckons one to stay a while.

Moparguy,
Wow!!! I don't know how I missed "Cold Beer, NM"!!!!!! I must have been sleeping on some of that trip. That lake/resevoir near the junction of 64 & 38 looked nice. I hear there is a monument to those soldiers that died in Vietnam somewhere in that area, also. I'd like to see that someday, also. Lots of nice stuff to see in NM. That big hill (Raton Pass?) is quite a haul with a trailer on your backside. Pretty country, though.

SnoKing,
Thanks for posting that link. That's the place I was thinking of. I'd like to see it someday. Lot's of beautiful, interesting places to see in NM.
I see that you spend time in Gold Canyon, AZ.? How do you like it there? I live on the N/W side of Phoenix.

We love Gold Canyon. Out a bit from the city, yet everything is close. Cleaner air than West Valley. We go to Sun City West to visit friends, it is a rat race in that area. We have been in Canyon Vistas RV Resort for 9 years, and built a new park model with Az room this last winter. SnoKing

Great trip! How did your Cedar Creek hold up? Have you changed out your diffs yet?

We will be in your area of the woods in late Sept. and early Oct. Going to Asheville NC and Williamsburg VA.

Went to CW, Charlotte today and pickup the CC. Major slide repairs still have not been made. CC, Topeka knew I needed the slide/jacking system parts by Sept.12th. All parts have not shown up. CW early last week called Topeka and told them to hold parts and not ship to Charlotte but to ship them to Amish Family RV Repair for my repair appointment on Nov. 2nd. Guess what showed up yesterday at Charlotte? The 192" long slide topper. CC in Topeka are idiots... For the most part the Champagne did well except our worries about the slide and jack failing while we were traveling.
