Cummins Filter Deals in Canada

Purchased 2017 3500 DRW CC 4x4 w/3.73 gears rated to pull 25k. The dealer paperwork stated 385/900 with A69 trans. Went to Cummins for filters and ran the ESN and info showed 395 hp. So is it possible that this combo is underrated or did they install a 2018 motor? Would this be a 395/930 package? Truck was built in May 2017 and purchased August 2017. Did advanced search and could not find an answer. New to TDR, if this has been addressed before, please redirect or delete. Thanks
 
The 2017 rating with Aisin is 385/900
The 2018 rating with Aisin is 385/930
Ram has never acknowledged a 395 hp engine. Why Cummins is listing 395 is up to them, but the filters shouldn't be any different.
