Join the club. Just had a leaker replaced on my dually, and we have a GC on order. It went D1 as the plant shut down.

What state are you in? Even service is closed?

I traded my 2015 Ram 2500 in for the Jeep GC & patted myself on the back for the fact the price of diesel is $1 a gallon more than gasoline, but if we aren’t supposed to leave the house....

Low bid yet again. We had a GC Limited rental in Florida. 2wd. We really liked it. Way quieter than our 14 yr old Honda Pilot(who'd have guessed) and great fuel economy. Took us forever to figure out the touchscreen controls. The only thing we couldn't stand was the stop/start nonsense. There would be a slight hesitation when you depressed the pedal waiting for that start.

I guess if you're not driving it's not an issue, but if you do need it are you close enough to the state line with a state where service is open?

Is shock oil a known carcinogen?

Maybe I could get Jeep to send hazmat out to clean up the oil.

I noticed this GC seemed a little looser than my other one and since it’s been sitting 2 weeks in the garage I saw the oil & crawled under for a look see.

Don’t know how long it would have taken to find the problem if covid 19 had not forced me to park it.

I have another one that I can drive. We use it to get groceries every other week during the senior shopping hours. The only good thing about getting old...

You will love your new GC - which model did you order?

Bought our first GC in 2004, this is #5 & it’s the Trailhawk.

It's a Limited. Went with trailer tow to get upgraded cooling, and premium lighting. There were other items we would have liked, but they cleverly package them into option groups with items we did not, such as the panoramic sunroof. I'd like to delete the standard sunroof.

The 17 GC we just bought has a switch to shut off the stop/ start. It is aggravating but it’s becoming 2nd nature to turn it off when I get in. Kinda like turning on the ex brake.

The used 17 we just bought is also a limited. I chose the one I did out of several on the lot because it had the tow group for the reasons you mentioned. It too has a sunroof. I like it because it brightened up the interior on cloudy days and has a sliding cover if it gets too bright. I checked and it is noisy when you open the glass.

Another leaking shock.
Can you see who makes those? Do you know if they’re “Niviomat” self leveling shocks like my ‘14 Durango has? I believe those are Sachs.

Love the GC & the air suspension is really great we were hoping to do some traveling this spring, but that is on hold for now.

Rumor is Peugeot is thinking of completely changing the GC. I hate the thought of that since it is such a great design they can only destroy it.

The good news is I was able to contact the parts manager at my dealership and he ordered a replacement shock so it will be there when they reopen.
