Cummins tells me that they plan to give away some 25th Anniversary stuff for a 2014 model.

I would love to see some 2014's to temp me but for some reason that dealer in the past and apparently currently does not carry much stock in the HD's in higher trim levels probably for the better I don't need a new one lol

Joe don't say this to me, I am trying to keep myself convinced that there are no trucks for me to buy And yeah I know they are a small dealer would just be nice to see a somewhat well equipped truck to test drive etc; but then again maybe I will just trade yours for mine hehehehe

Yes, the dealer does participate with a get-together Tuesday evening, and they provide the example truck on Friday morning for Stuart Miller's training session. They are happy to sell you a truck, or to do service on yours, or sell you parts at a discount.

I know that, i was referring to the "going back" part.

I'm still trying to figure out IF i can make it (trying hard)...it will be a last min hail mary due to work. Would be great to be the outsider with the properly valved truck.:-laf

Time is getting closer and closer, I have been working feverishly to get stuff done on the truck that I have been meaning to do for oh the past few years lol. Even already washed the RV for the road trip....

Sadly my truck is beyond it's days of winning any show n' shines it has had to work for its life and never seen a garage. For our emergency communications events it has drug the communications trailer to mountain tops going up old trails and fire roads its far from perfect anymore...

Not every truck there will enter the show and shine but a freshly washed and waxed truck can still be sparkly. Our 96 was never entered in the show and shine but it was always a great looking truck. Hugs, Di

Actually, Mike, we haven't been doing a formal "Show-n-Shine. Last year Blair organized a Ram Round-up where we parked all the trucks in a line in front of the RV Park. We borrowed the boom truck from the park and took pictures of everyone. I had planned to make one long panorama picture of of the pictures taken, but found it nearly impossible. Still hope to try to do it before April 28th and we get started. Blair wants all trucks, regardless of the condition, to participate.

Blair- about your assault on Scotty's Castle.. Are you going to have truck-truck tactical communications? CB/FRS/GMRS/Ham??? Waxed string and tomato soup cans?

Sorry for the delay yes CB Ch2 as usual. I am bringing a few soup cans as a backup just in case the 12valve loses 12volts. That brings up the answer to the question 12 valves are correct if 24 were better they would have made the electrical system 24 volt but they did not !!!
