20x12 rims-Which ones?

I want to run the Toyo OC/MT 35x13.5R20LT stock number 360860.

Alas, I just don't know much about rims other than I want to use the widest recommended rim. When I start looking at offsets and backspacing it throws me a loop. I also want a rim that will hold up to the abuses we can inflict upon them with these trucks. I have run many sets of Toyo tires and I love them.
Hoping someone else has already mounted a tire this size and can point me in the right direction.

You're going to have some control arm rub with that wide of a tire/rim, you may have some fender rub issues too. IMO 20x12's with that size tire are a disaster if you actually use your truck off road, that's a "show" size, not a "go" size. I'd look at a 17x8 or 18x8 wheel and no wider than 12.50. My .02.
