My biggest disappointment with my Ram are the stock headlights & driving lights.
Im looking for experience and advice for improvement without creating issues.
Appreciate any thoughts.

A projector headlight system, which focuses the beam more precisely than traditional reflectors, can enhance both the range and pattern of your headlights. These can be found in both HID and LED varieties and will not only improve visibility but also provide a cleaner, more modern look.

For your low beams, an H9 bulb (avoid long life variants) will be a significant upgrade over the H11. You will have to slightly modify one of the tabs to make it work. Easiest done with a set of side cutters. Google "H11 to H9 upgrade". The Phillips "standard" H9 with the blue cap is one of the best you can buy, <$12 each on amazon.

For your high beams, a 9011 is a significant upgrade over the 9005. Again, a slight tab modification will be necessary. Easiest done on a bench grinder. (Grinding away a bit of plastic, takes five seconds.) Google "9005 to 9011 upgrade". The best 9011 is the Toshiba style one, now made in China. They can be found for <$25 a pair.

The above setup is exactly what I run on my commuter car. The difference over tired, stock, "long life" bulbs was astounding. My 4th gen uses that high beam, but an inferior (9012) low beam.

Both of these are stock wattage, so no additional heat or electrical load. Just more efficient bulbs with higher output. Because they retain the correct filament position for your housings (unlike cheap LED conversions) you'll still have proper pattern/dispersion to avoid unnecessary glare.
