22.5" Alcola will they work?

For the most part 19. 5 are the same hight and 22. 5" are considerably taller but has anyone tried to bolt them on a 2wd? I have found 6 with michelin tires for a great deal but im conserned about clearence... he has them on a f-350 with no problems...

What year F350? Newer fords have a different 8 lug pattern than our dodges. Unless you're getting dodge specific 8 to 10 lug adapters?

yes i know that the adapters will not work but my concern is the clearance in the front wheel well. im not sure that they will turn properly
