2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 22.5 on '99 3500 4x4?

What does it take to run 22. 5 with 275/70 tires? I believe tire height is 37".

I talked to the guy @ chromewheel.com and understood him to say all I needed was a 2' leveling kit in the front. That just don't seem right. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I just put 19. 5's on and I cant imagine fitting 22. 5's without more than a 2" leveling kit. Thats allot of wheel and tire, it might fit but I'm positive you would have rubbing issues.
