I'll be the first to admit that I HATE DUALLY TRUCKS. Unless you do the big wheel conversion. Even 19. 5" help, 24. 5" are a bit much. Everytime I see the pics on Chromewheel.com it kinda makes me wish for just a second that I had one. The extra milage you'll get out of the tires well help pay for the conversion. Looks great, don't worry about the gears just add power to make up for it.

Wow I really like the looks of those wheels. What tires did you go with? Are you useing a steel wheel for the inside dual?

I have the same set up on my 03 and I will warn you YOU WILL STILL SLIP THE CLUTCH IF YOU TRY TO RUN HIGH H. P. WITH 3. 73 gears but the looks more than make up for it

My tire guys told me that the 19.5" were

really difficult to balance - how are these..... I mean what are they like at 75??? Look great - can't even begin to imagine what this extra weight does to the whole steering/brake relationship... ... to bad you can't put the brakes that usually go with those wheels..... BTW - did you refinance your house for the setup?????

That's a CRAZY amount of unsprung weight. Lots of stress on bearings and murder on front end components (ball jont, track bar, etc).

Sure, it looks cool-- but at what price?? The rest of the truck is getting punished...

yes it has steel wheels on the rear inside but the outside wheels are polished on both sides the tires are michelin 255/70 r 22. 5 xd2 (37") and it has a 2" leveling kit

 Yea! Sweet dude.

My dad uses those centrmatic wheel balancers on his sterling semi and he thinks that they do help the balance and tire wear. You could use the same thing on the 22. 5s if needed
