I was driving my 05 today and i heard a chime and looked down to see a check guages light and the temp guage maxed out :--) . I pull off and shut her down, no leaks no smell of coolant, and no coolant in the bottle  . Got a rag and checked the radiator and I could see no coolant, checked it with a telescoping magnet and it did have about 15" of coolant. Anyone have a clue what could have happened? Truck has never ran warm, never leaked any fluids. I didn't notice any white smoke, and I am clueless as were the coolant could have gone?Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Todd

I checked the oil before it went to the dealer and it was clean. Called the dealer about 8 oclock and they found the problem, the lower radiater hose clamp was split. I imagin it was blowing coolant under throtle and not leaking at idle. The service manager thinks it was overtightened at the factory. Thanks Todd

I doubt the clamp was "over tightened". Those are spring clamps that rely on tension to seal. Also the hoses are double clamped. Was yours?

I misunderstood The service manager,What he meant was the clamp was over expanded at instaalation causing it to crack. And no mine only has one clamp> Thanks Todd
