At WOT right at 2200rpm or 78mph it feels like the truck hits a wall. Almost like the truck is defueling? Any ideas what is going gone. It will still pull but not nearly as hard as before 2200rpm/78mph

I kind of felt this a when I first got my juice/ez combo and my best guess is that stock lift pump can't supply enough fuel. With FASS and hotjuice/ez don't have any problems.

I too felt that same phenomena. Pre EZ, that wall was at @68-70, after EZ somewhere around 75. Now, with the Xzillaraider, I havent found it yet... . (cruising at 85, and still felt decent hitting the accelerator)

I was passing a slower moving vehicle last night and I didn't realize I was doing 90MPH until I looked down on the speedometer. If I hadn't backed off the accelerator, I'd still be picking up speed. When I got home, I looked at my GPS to see how many miles I put on, and the max speed was listed at 89. 5MPH.

The truck is still as stock as it came off the dealer's lot, and it may just stay that way. With the results that I've been getting, the old adage 'If it runs, don't fix it', certainly applies.

CLAYTON,

My Juice/Attitude does not do that. Are you running 4. 10 gear?? I am at 78mph at 2000 rpm with 315s and 3. 73 gear. Do you have the Max settings at the default settings?? Juice may be backing off at Max Boost setting(I think default is 35lbs) or if you have the Pyro installed default is 1350*.

Mine will pull strong to 3300rpm or till it hits my Max Boost setting.

I guess I forgot to mention that I don't have my speedo corrected. So when i'm going 78mph I'm really going about 85 or so. I have 3. 73's with 315's.

Then you are seeing the same rpm/mph ratio that I am. Mine will pull all the way to 110mph before things start backing off, mainly me.

My Attitude Records show Top Speed 105 and Max RPM 3386 currently. I have not been on the right stretch of highway for the top end test yet and have not been back to the dyno since I got the HOT Juice back on.

But both the standard Juice/Attitude and Quad XZillaraider Race boxes would pull hard all the way to 3300+rpms and up to 110mph.

I've pulled all the way up to 118 in a real hurry and that's not counting the correction for the speedo. Truck still pulls nice but not as hard as before that 2200rpm wall. I guess I'll just have to get a FASS and see if that helps :D

Plus I have the beta box for us 03/04 guys so I don't have all the bells and whistles that you newer boys (04. 5/05) have. I have the egt back-down set to 1500 and I don't have a boost back-down on this beta box.

I have guages already, I dont use the Juice/Attitude EGT sensor, rely on mine. My Juice/Attitude Transmission monitoring does not work because of my reprogrammed tire size. So when I am "testing" I turn off any "back off", really only boost and rely on my guages and SOTP. I really have not noticed a specific difference in the power level at 2200rpm. If there is any back off on mine it has to be at a lot higher rpm level.

I am waiting for my transmission upgrades and then really start looking at a stack for the HOT Juice and then the next HP barrier.

Fuel & air are the only logical reasons, if it isn't one it has to be the other. I had stock lift pump until just recently & never had any problems. Truck pulled strong until I lifted my foot
