95 ext cab , fresh motor, 14mm studs,billet roller cam,filled block& redesigned head,dry sumped & vacuum pumped, . 080 over forged pis. ,HT60/HC5,225psi, triple disk clutch, not enough room for the rest... but when it hits 6K hold on.

Don has said he can get anything made for you if you order it, but right now I believe he's only got 12mm studs in stock. I think Haisley is the only one with 14mm studs in stock right now. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

This got me thinking!



This truck either has HUGE intercoolers, or uses more water than fuel. The water wopuld have to be injected between the turbos and in the inlet plenum.



If not, turbo discharge temps are in excess of 1000F

Scheid Diesel also stocks the 14mm studs. In fact, I believe

Haisley Machine gets their 14mm studs from Scheid but I could

be wrong about that.

Toasty! I feel sorry for the intercooler Booties.

Yup those intercooler boots (turbo side) and hose going into turbo inlet better be able to take some HIGH temps. Don't even use those POS silicon boots. Bought a set of them and had the turbo inlet boot blow out the first week and the turbo side intercooler boot blow out 2 weeks later. I still can't believe it'll hold 225 lbs of boost-damn it's gotta be like sex... ... ... ... I think but I can't remember back that far.
