Attention: TDR Forum Junkies My wife was going through some classifieds yesterday.
She ran across a complete (minus turbo and injection pump) 24 valve engine. Not sure if it is an HO or an SO.
It is advertised as having 80,000 miles and a "scorned cylinder". I'm sure he meant to say scored.
It looks like the engine has not been apart yet.
But $500. 00 ? If it is complete and not a "53" block would this be worth buying and keeping around for parts?
It seems that only a few of those parts IE: head, crank, rods, etc... . are worth more than he is asking for all.
