Will a 241 DHD out of an 02 3500 6speed fit in my 97 3500 with an auto trans? I dont have access to an interchange book to tell.

Yes, but you will loose your speedometer. If you have a DHD currently I think you can take your tailshaft housing and move it to the other, and use that and the speedo input from yours.

You have to change the input hub from t-case to t-case because the output shaft sizes or different.

I completely spaced it. I didn't see that he said 6 speed. Sorry. I just saw the year differences. Output shafts off of the trannies are different.
