BBD- Did you ever get your speedo working and how is the 271 working for you? I am thinking about running on in my conversion instead of the 241 that I have now for my conversion. I am a little concerned about the speedo and am wondering what you had to do and the cost to make it all work?

Ryan, No the place above wanted around $500. 00 to install some sort of electric box that would pick up a signal from the rear diff. I opted to go with out since its strictly a puller now and I don't drive it on the street much.

Scott, thanks for advice with doing the NV271 swap! Very painless, and a great upgrade. Transfer Case Express was great to do business with. Ordered it one day and received it the next. The NV271 was actually less money then another NV241DHD.
