245 or 305 h.p. computor numbers ?

I am trying to upgrade a 235 hp to a 245 or 305 h. p. for drag racing.

I wondered if anyone has the computor Id numbers for the 245 or 305 ?

The truck is a jan. of 03 build.

I would like to upgrade the baseline before adding my boxes because the 235 bottom end is exceptionaly bad.

Also the comanded rail presure tracks alot lower on the 235 h. p.

He's got a way to download a factory Cummins 330hp program into your ecm if you've not already corrupted your ECM with a downloader.

Not me. I'm not aware of anyone doing this. Dodge talked about offering it when the SO's first came out, but I haven't heard anything since.

If you start with a new ECm they come empty. You choose what software to laod. Not all combos will work and the ECM's are Pricey.

If my memory service me correct you don't need to up your ECM. If you run a fuel box like the Edge EZ on setting four you will have the same injection pressure as a 305 with an Edge EZ on setting four. Stack it with a TST and you have the ablity to have adjust the Fuel, Time and Duration. Look at Tommyguns sig he has a SO and is in the 500Hp+ with this setup.
