Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 24v fuel pressure check?

where can you connect a fuel pressure gauge on the 98. 5 engine to check for proper fuel pressure and what should that pressure be?

top of the fuel filter canister. pressure should be close to 15 at idle

ok i looked at the top of the fuel filter and there is 2 small approx 8mm bolts, which one if either should i use to check fuel pressure
