Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 24V turbo

It seems day to day on TDR, I read post after post about all you folks getting bigger and better turbos for thier rigs. I even read post's about twins and like the post. My question is what are you fellows doing with the "stock" turbo that you took off. Also what is a fair price for a factory 24v turbo, and what is their to rebuilding a turbo to put on a truck? Thanks in advance.

Some guys use the HX-35 in the twins setup.

In my garage I have an HY35 with 30,000 miles and a H1-whatever (1st Gen Charger I think ) ... it came on our '94 the barrings are shot the fins are rubbing the housing ,,,Will be a donor for a destroy and learn or rebuild type of thing

At this point, I am kind of in the dark about turbo's. I have a factory dodge, what turbo is on it, what is a good turbo, how do I know what a turbo is while looking at one? Any suggestions about turbo's will help me.
